HashTab: Add tab hash value for the properties file in Windows Explorer

This is for ubergeeks, among which I (we hope) to count myself. HashTab is a free Windows Explorer extension that adds a new tab "File hashes" in the dialog box by right-clicking Properties, which simply displays a computed hash value in order to verify the integrity and authenticity of files.
